Cyberjaya, Selangor – 21st October 2024 – Lautan Variasi Sdn Bhd, a rapidly growing Malaysian telecommunications service provider, today announced the appointment of PIF Capital Management Ltd and Antz Capital Pte Ltd as its lead investment advisory and IPO consulting firm. This strategic partnership signifies a significant step forward for Lautan Variasi as it prepares for a public listing on the NASDAQ stock exchange.

Lautan Variasi has emerged as a leading force in the Malaysian telecom sector, providing innovative satellite-based internet solutions and niche ICT offerings that contribute to bridging the digital divide. As part of its ambitious growth strategy, the company aims to leverage next-generation satellite technology to deliver even faster internet speeds and enhanced Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for its customers. Together with its international technology partners, Lautan Variasi will be able to offer cutting-edge solutions and expand its reach to a wider customer base.
This expansion strategy necessitates substantial capital and operational investments. Following successful funding rounds through Equity Crowd Funding (ECF) and Private Placements (PF) in 2022, Lautan Variasi is now aiming for a public listing. PIF Capital Management Ltd and Antz Capital Pte Ltd will play a pivotal role in securing necessary investments and navigating the IPO process to achieve a favorable valuation on the NASDAQ exchange.
